How long before my order is send?

I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. No guarantees your order is send the same day. I'm not fast fashion. 

How do you send my order?

Always with track and trace. DHL or PostNL. 

I am not satisfied with my order can I return it?

Yes, you can. Shipping costs are on you. You can choose between something else, a voucher or a refund.

My order has defects.

All items have seen and been places. I try to take care, repair and upgrade the items as much as I can and be transparant about it. All known defects are described on the product page and photographed. Most item will still show evidence of a previous life, but that is part of the beauty. 

Do you have a physical shop?

No, but there might be rumours about (private) shopping events.
